Club100 brings the heat for the summer. Starting with a dominant first club victory at Planet Lydd. Pole position. Fastest lap. Race win - by over 10 seconds! Rye House would prove trickier from P7. I'd come through interchanging conditions to become the first novice to take consecutive race wins this year - joint on points for the championship lead.
Some unlucky results prevailed the same venues for the sprint races, but withstanding the heat brought about my best overall finish so far at Clay Pigeon. A shame to close off the summer with disappointment at Buckmore Park, despite more fastest lap honours. A road trip to Wales offering an adventurous "back-to-school" September's escape towards much needed gains in the sprints.
Overall, revitalisation is the objective for the final third.
