Partners - 100 Black Men of London

Presenting to you the 100 Black Men of London!

The 100 Black Men of London are an award-winning community organisation focused on Mentoring, Education, Economic Empowerment and Health & Wellness. Following a successful introduction to motorsports with professional racing driver Isaiah Egwuagu earlier this year, this partnership benefits from Egwuagu's own racing pathway as a model for improving access from the inner-city to the racetrack.

Earlier this year, Revolution Karting gifted Isaiah open sessions following beneficiary efforts post-2020 industry-wide struggles. The racing driver, from London, used this to create an initiative for young people to experience the EV powertrain at speed and realise career opportunities from their studies via the racetrack. In short, that's young artists, media students and STEM prospects, benefitting the wider automotive industry.

Ola Oyalegan, President of the 100 Black Men of London, says, "This is about creating opportunity for our young Diamonds. Introducing them to careers they might not have thought about, but know are always there. The intention, for our young people to be the best they can be, doing what they want to do."

Isaiah Egwuagu says, "I started karting here, street side, in electric go-karts - 10 years ago. It's a celebration to now arrive at a point where we can bridge the streets I come from with our wider motorsports community. Showing what can be achieved with the people, platforms and powertrain that kickstarted my racing career."

An electric street racing origin story, Isaiah Egwuagu is facilitating motorsport experiences aligned with the pillars of the community organisation: Mentoring, Education, Economic Empowerment and Health & Wellbeing. While having @100bmol in support for professional racing developments into 2024.
